How To Have Your Pack Rebuilt

To have a battery pack rebuilt, just fill out our Battery Pack Repair form.

Please print out and include the form with your batteries in the box so once we receive the batteries we can properly associate them with a customer.

Typical rebuild time for a pack is 4 days.

Once completed your batteries will be shipped pack to you via USPS Priority Mail.

They are covered by a 90 Day Warranty against any defects.

Battery Pack Repair Costs:

Not every battery pack is the same each one has different voltage and chemistry. We have a simple formula created for you to figure out the cost of rebuilding a battery pack.  

Note: Some prices may vary depending on the battery pack.

For Nickel Cadmium Packs (Ni-Cad):

(Voltage of the Pack X 2.75) + $4.80 Shipping = Your Cost

12 Volt Battery would be:

12 x 2.75 = $33.00 + $4.80 Shipping = $37.80

For Nickel Metal Hydride Packs (Ni-Mh):

(Voltage of the Pack X 3.75) + $4.80 Shipping = Your Cost
